Men's Health Women's Health Night Run by AIA Vitality 2016
Queensbay Mall, Penang
21.1km gun off at 9pm
- Fourth 21km of the year with a final run time of 2:43:46.
- My first night run. Tired and sleepy after the run, I finished near midnight!
- Fuel used during the run: 3 small bananas, 3 bite size Cadbury chocolate with strawberries
- Did an ice bath for my feet as soon as I got home.
- Recovery post run is better this time. No more sore legs on the 4th day compared to previous runs which lasted until the 5th or 6th day.
